Designer T's has been offering custom imprinted sportswear for over 3 decades. We have grown from a small 2 manual press shop to a high volume production facility incorporating 5 automatic presses and 6 manual presses with the capability of producing over 8000 shirts daily. Everyone from major corporations and universities to little league teams and family reunions to local businesses, schools, teams, etc.
We specialize in personal service and attention to detail. We work with you individually and make sure your products are exactly as you want them.
As each item we produce is custom made, we do not list prices on the website. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service dept. If you have ideas for a shirt design but no artwork, make an appointment and one of our artists will help you turn your concept into a striking reality.

Designer T's art department is comprised of four very talented artists that are considered the best in this field. We are a completely Macintosh art department, and have the latest hardware and software to keep up with the latest in techniques. We are currently outputting to a direct to screen system which cuts out the film and etches the "toner" directly on the screen. Using M&R's tri-lock system also reduces the amount of setup time which will allow us to print even more shirts per day...!
The slideshow below is only a small sample of what we have done. We can't find an app that allows for 60,000 pcs. of art.

Designer T's follows a stringent procedure to maintain quality and assurance that your job is correct in every way. In order to do this properly, we require certain information about the job from you. Below is a list of things we need to know when submitting a job to us.
1. Company name and info (name, address, phone and fax numbers, etc.)
2. Job Name /imprint name). - Helps us coordinate any art files sent to job.
3. Shipping/pickup info.
4. Due Date. - If none is indicated, your order will be scheduled 10 days from entry.
5. Size and quantity breakdown. - Quantity on PO is compared to goods received.
Once your order is sent in, it is entered and giving a design number. This number will be sent back to you with the design proof and is to be used when reordering. Refer to this number when you reorder. This assures the same repeat imprint and we keep a detailed record as well so your job is printed exactly the same way.
Your job then goes to the art department where it will be either matched up with a file that has been emailed, supplied on drive, or is to be designed by our staff. Your finished design will then be emailed for your final approval generally 4 to 5 days before your due date.
After your final approval, the art will be color separated and imaged onto the proper mesh screen with our direct to screen solution for proper stenciling and assures the image quality desired.
Depending on how many colors your job is being imprinted determines which press it is set up on. For larger runs, it is put on one of our 6 automatic presses that can produce up to 100 dozen shirts an hour. Registration is critical and these babies hold registration within a hairline across the entire job.
The goods are counted when they are received, again before they are printed, and again as they come off the dryer. They are then packed back in the boxes and sent to the shipping dept. We also can provide single fold and bagging at an extra charge.
We use UPS worldship software and provide tracking info at the end of everyday. Your order will then ship "blind" to your requested shipping location or moved to a rack for pickup.
